Hello,
My name is Brandon Werner and I am a sophomore here at ISU, majoring in Agricultural and Life Sciences Education. Since coming to ISU I have been extremely active in several campus groups and have served as a Summer Conference Staff member and am currently employed by ISU as a Community Advisor. I have been a member of the Greek community for the past year months and have have been active in several events and philanthropies since i began my involvement.
I am an extremely active person and I enjoy keeping busy. I enjoy running, believe it or not, and have started training for a half marathon. My favorite quote and one I live by is this one by Henry David Thoreau:
If you have built castles in the air, your work need not be lost;
that is where they should be.
Now put foundations under them.
I like this quote because I believe that we all are capable of great things and all we have to do is believe that anything is possible and do our best to strive to be the best we can be. All it takes to achieve our goals is hard work and dedication. |
